My interest in real estate began early, when I purchased my first investment condo in South Beach at 14. Years later, I had the opportunity to co-broker the sale of the entire 234-unit building—an experience that brought my real estate journey full circle.

I went on to study Real Estate and Finance at the University of Miami and have since personally brokered more than $9 million in residential transactions, while also working on over $95 million in commercial transactions. This background gives me a strong understanding of value, negotiation, and the details required to navigate each transaction successfully.

As a former UM student, I understand the process of securing off-campus housing and the importance of finding a place that feels like home—not only for the student, but also for family and friends who come to visit.
